EYE TREATMENTS FAQs
Eyebrow and eyelash tinting is a beauty procedure where semi-permanent dye is painted onto your eyebrows or eyelashes. The purpose is to make them appear thicker, darker, and fuller. The colour can stay up to 3-6 weeks.
Please note that a patch test is required if you have not had this treatment with Graceful Beauty before or if it has been over 3 months since your last tint treatment, this will need to be done at least 48 hours before having an eyelash or eyebrow tint. If you are booking online please also book an eyebrow or eyelash tint patch test' before your treatment.
• Avoid getting your lashes or brows wet for 12 hours after having them tinted. Cleanse around the areas with a gentle product instead.
• Avoid rubbing the area for several hours after the treatment to prevent irritation.
• Non-waterproof mascara contains an ingredient which will cause the tint to fade. Avoid eye make-up for 8 hours after the treatment.
• Avoid perfumed products.
• Avoid sun and UV treatments as these will fade the tint.
• Check your cleanser/eye makeup remover isn’t oil-based.
